Website enquiries

This website does not use a server-side enquiry database. The enquiry builder prepares an email in your own email application addressed to nelmari@nvda.co.za. The information is only sent when you choose to send that email.

Information you should not enter

Do not include identity numbers, banking details, full credit-account numbers, passwords or confidential attachments in the website-generated first-contact email. NVD can confirm an appropriate channel if sensitive documents are required.

Server and technical information

The website host may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and security events for hosting and operational purposes. NVD does not use this site to build advertising profiles.

Legal correspondence

If NVD accepts an instruction, personal information may be processed as reasonably required to provide legal services, comply with professional obligations, manage the matter and communicate with relevant parties or institutions.

Your rights
